Marianne Schofield

I am a business coach and a career coach with over 17 years experience working across a range of businesses and industries. I have experience developing and implementing business strategy and have led and developed many individuals through my work with various companies. 

I trained as a coach in 2017 and am an accredited NLP Master Practitioner. My coaching has helped many people who wanted to improve their performance at work, achieve a personal goal, or who have gone through a difficult change in their life or career. I love meeting different people, talking to them and listening to their story. 

When I do career coaching I take my clients through a series of steps to help them build their dream career. I am there to support and motivate them on their bespoke journey. I work with business start ups and consultants in much the same way but also build in my business planning and marketing experience to help my clients thrive.

My approach blends my business experience with a variety of coaching tools to help people reach their goals. I feel extremely rewarded when I succeed in enabling a person to develop and create a positive change in their life.
